EK13 Photography will strive to give as much accurate information regarding listed items and where applicable, how to care for purchased items. Please be sure to read the item description before purchasing to avoid disappointment and incurred costs as items are non-refundable. If there are any questions about an item beforehand, you can use the contact form to get in touch.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Shipping Estimates & Delivery:

We have a £10 flat rate for all our U.K. print orders regardless of size to cover the cost of shipping and packaging. Please note that if the shipping address you put in your order is incorrect, you must arrange for redelivery or order again at your cost. We will not issue refunds or replacements for orders received with the wrong address.

EK13 Photography are working hard to get all orders out as quickly and as safely as possible. Please allow 10 -14 working days for orders to arrive. We use Royal Mail recorded services for all items but alternative courier services can be arranged. If you would like more information please reach out to us via the contact form on the website.

For orders shipping to EU countries, we offer a flat rate of £20. Please expect 2-4 weeks of delays due to customs and the Brexit transition. Kindly bear with us while we work out the fastest way to ship these orders. 

International buyers – we offer a flat rate of £25 – please expect print orders to arrive within 15-25 working days.

We will strive to ship all prints ordered in protective environmentally-friendly packaging.

Customs Fees and Duty Charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you order goods from our site for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Returns / Cancellations:

All sales on EK13 Photography Print Shop are final as all the prints are custom made at the time of order. We do not hold an inventory.

EK13 Photography strives to satisfy all of our buyers. We do not offer refunds or accept cancelations as prints go into production as soon as the order has been placed.

However, if you have any concerns about a print you have received, please use the contact form on our website to get in touch. We will offer replacements for prints that arrive damaged as long as you notify us within 2 days of receiving the print, providing images of the damage.

PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in (£) BRITISH POUNDS.

Payment can only be made through services provided on our website and an invoice purchase is not possible. You will however receive an email receipt to confirm your purchase.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
