All sales on EK13 Photography are FINAL as all the prints are custom-made at the time of order. We do not hold an inventory.
EK13 Photography strives to satisfy all of our buyers. We do not offer refunds or accept cancellations as prints go into production as soon as the order has been placed.
However, if you have any concerns about a print you have received, please use the contact form on our website to get in touch. We will offer replacements for prints that arrive damaged as long as you notify us within 2 days of receiving the print, providing images of the damage.
Should items need to be returned, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. We recommend you return the items using recorded delivery to ensure tracking and safe receipt.
