    My first name is Elsie – According to BabyCentre.co.uk, the meaning of my name which is short form of Elspeth, which is a Scottish form of Elizabeth, which comes from the Hebrew Elisheba, meaning “God is my oath”.

    Pronounced: EL see or as I like to tell people, think of the alphabet ‘L’ and ‘C’ and that is how you pronounce my first name.

    For deeper meaning, this I will have to ask my mum why she chose to call me Elsie. I might come back with an update.

    The moment my kids hug me just because. Especially when I ask them what the hug is for? And the answer I get back is, “I just wanted to hug you.”

    Melts my heart everytime. It’s one of the positive example of where and when I have felt loved.
