I honestly do not know what this is. I was walking in the park with my family earlier this year and came across this pillar. I looked up and it has the weird wire contraption. I am assuming to keep birds from getting stuck in it. All I know is that I had to photograph it. You wouldn’t tell that the area is full of trees judging from the angle I decided to take this photograph from.
