Instants*

*This is an ongoing (long term) project.

I have always been fascinated by the idea of autograph collection. Seeing fans at sports venues, movie premiers, concerts, outside theater stage doors, waiting for their favourite celebrity to sign their photographs, books or any thing they have in hand.

‘Instants’ (working title) is a project that I am working on to see if I could also start collecting autographs of any ‘famous’ people I come across. Only this time, I ask them to sign a photograph I have just taken. Like their autograph, the physical picture of the person is just as unique, a one-off.
